James M. Lloyd

Mr. Lloyd is a Member of Lloyd & McDaniel, PLC and concentrates his practice in the areas of Commercial and Retail Collections, Secured Transactions, Sales Transactions, Commercial Finance Lease Transactions under the Uniform Commercial Code and the representation of contractors and suppliers in construction law disputes by enforcing mechanics liens and litigating bond claims.
